Packaging
All units are packaged by the Manufacturer after your order is assembled. While other dealers may mark up this cost, we simply pass along this $75 fee and build it into your down payment. For more information, see Time Out Trailers website: Shipping, Pricing.
Shipping Option 1: Common Carrier
Shipping location options are: business address (with fork lift or loading dock), terminal pick up, or residential delivery (includes liftgate). The delivery point zip code is required at the time of order (postal code in Canada) for accurate quotes.
Very important notes about shipping: We're happy to send you to the Manufacturer for direct shipping rates, because we don't believe in marking those up, either. Also, due to the fluctuation in shipping rates the rate cannot be quoted accurately until the time of order. That's when Time Out locks in the rate.
Shipping Option 2: Personal Delivery
Papa Joe can personally deliver, demonstrate and set up your purchase if you're within 150 miles of Chicago, Illinois. This will be negotiated and quoted at the time of order. For obvious reasons, Papa Joe only makes deliveries to your billing address.
Payment
Minimum Down-Payment: We require 10% of the quoted purchase price at the time of order, plus the $75 packaging fee. This is a non-refundable portion of your order. If you cancel the order, it will not be returned, as we are required to pay the 10% for order initiation at the Manufacturer. The balance is due at the time of delivery.
License, Title & Tax is strictly the customer's responsibility. Laws and regulations vary by state.
We're very close to having a complete sales kiosk online. Until that time, we accept PayPal, certified check, money order or cash.
